I have been waiting three and a half months for my floor to be installed. I have already paid for the floor but still I have no floor. Karen has not kept me informed. I have had to make all contacts between us, this is not the service I expected from a company that I have spent $5000 with!! I will not make this mistake again.
They were very help in helping me find yellow tile. They found it and kept it f I r us until our new house was built. Everyone at this store was extremely nice.
