Very unprofessional by the sale group and installers, my floors had to be redone twice within one year. No communication what so ever. Went back to ask about the warranty and the manager was out but would call me back. Three weeks now and no call back. I don’t know how they are in business with the very poor quality and install.
I was very pleased with CRT Flooring with my carpet install. I have purchased products from them in the past and have always been happy. This time as well was a good experience. Diana, Megan and Elisa along with Steve the installer made sure everything was perfect! Diana was very patient with me and helped compare so many carpet styles and samples. I would highly recommend CRT Flooring on Holly rd. The install was perfect!
Thank you CRT Flooring for excellent service and quick installation! Diana was extremely nice on the phone and got the information for me! Elisa showed me the samples and wrote up my estimate. I needed the install within 2 days and CRT came through! Elisa was so nice and she personally came out to Sandia the next morning to measure after lining up an install guy for the following day. Orlando was our installer and he did our 950 sq ft loft by himself! He was so nice and professional and cleaned up everything so well! It looked amazing! Thank you to the entire team for a job well done! Timely and very reasonable! I would highly recommend!
Dianne was incredibly helpful and diligent in helping me find, match and price check MANY tiles!She has an incredible enthusiasm when helping customers, even if that means running back and forth choosing samples/tiles/patterns for 2 hours straight.She was also very patient with my little wandering toddler! 10/10 customer service.
