Purchased 3 boxes of Oak wood flooring and the flooring in two boxes was warped. Instead of taking the boxes back to the store I returned two planks from each boxes to show the manager. He was in a meeting in front of the store by registers. He was very upset because one of the girls asked if I could return/exchange the flooring? He asked me what the problem was with hate and discontent; I kept my cool as I really wanted to be able to make the exchange! He then advised me that once the box has been opened "its yours". I felt cheated but I was still going to buy more flooring to finish the job. I then asked If I purchase more and open the box I'm left with no choice but to open and inspect here at the store? He answer was very rude "that's up to you I can make you do that", I said well I don't want to take home flooring that can't be used! He answered " again that's your problem and if you think you need to check the would out before purchasing that's your propagative" Wow...after that I decided to go to Lowes and found the same would at half the cost! NOT ON SALE it was just better pricing and way friendlier service! I will let me other remodel friends and companies never do business there!
Topher is extremely rude and unprofessional! Doesn’t seem like he cares about his job at all! We went somewhere else so you lost our business. I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t shop here if this is how they will be treated. Thanks for making it clear where we need to shop!

Oh I've been waiting to post this for months now! So my senior parents purchased flooring from LL flooring, they had issues from the beginning with the newly installed floor separating. My 71 yr old mother did a great job of getting in touch with the company immediately to update the issues. This was 8 MONTHS AGO! She was working with a lady Christina. My mother would call, send emails and send text basically everything she needed to do to get the service she paid for. LL flooring and her point of contact basically gave her the run around, maybe telling her what she wanted to hear. For months this went on. I even got involved over 5 months ago and spoke with someone that seemed like they were going to help. Informed me that I would receive a call from a local representative and that never happened. Finally after months with my mother being understanding and very patient she finally had enough and contacted the amazing contractors that installed the flooring originally. They went above and beyond got in touch with LL flooring and finally got the approval to get the flooring fixed. Here's the thing with me. Was this company taking advantage of seniors? I believe so. Don't trust any company that's willing to take advantage of seniors, they'll most likely take advantage of anyone if they don't have a care for our elderly.
We had a GREAT experience getting flooring for three bedrooms through Lumber Liquidators! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the floors look AMAZING and the installers they contract are EFFICIENT! We're definitely coming here for any other flooring projects and recommending them to everyone we know!
