I highly recommend the team at Tukasa for home renovations. Our project manager was helpful and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process-planning to final inspections. They sell top brands for cabinets, countertops, etc that make the process even easier.
Absolute professional organization. From the beginning of my project (carpet replacement with tile in all bedrooms and office) to the end, Ms. Flores and her crew exhibited the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. Her knowledge in tile selection, personal home visits, and work crew oversight was excellent. She always knew what her crew was doing and kept up with them to stay on focus with the job. If you have a tile job in your future, request "Maria" and her installation crew. She has been installing tile for 20+ years, and she will get the job done correctly and on time. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of Tukasa's work.
False Advertise on Facebook - seven dollars a square foot for granite remnants. I asked the price for finishing. the woman told me it depended on the piece. I’ve been shopping granite. I know it’s expensive but when I arrived at the show room, they said it would be $45 A square foot to finish and install. When I questioned the woman, she said oh that’s just somebody that we have posting on Facebook. When I went back to tell the woman on Facebook that it was false advertising, she blocked me. Horrible customer service
My husband and I went on a Saturday to view the tile selections. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and realized we would need more time. No one offered to schedule an appointment, or tell us that appointments are preferred. The following week I went to try and speak with someone and was told then that I should make an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for the following week and left. The day of, as I was heading to their location the owner contacted me and said she could not meet until 3 pm. I informed her that I wasn't able to make the appointment, to that she said that was her only time available and that I should seek another supplier since she was't able to help me.I realize that everyone has a schedule but if you're so busy that you can choose to be rude to potential customers and not try and accommodate their schedule or offer an apology then I don't need to spend my time in this establishment. Apparently, I'm not the only person who has experienced this customer service.
Horrible service from the owner Vienna we special ordered some tile and we didn’t end up doing the project with the tile we selected from Tukasa and there was a special order that we never picked up so she said she would give us a refund but listen to this she charged a restocking fee for the tile that was already on her shelf. Our loss was about $3000.00 and she was greedy to charge a restocking fee for the tile that was already in her store on her shelf nobody had to move the tile. She had also agreed to take the unused tile and work with us on an exchange so we could reorder tile and be happy with our selection. We were good customers and purchased tile for other projects from her business. We will never shop at her store again. Very greedy business owner.
