We had a very large job...over 2,000 sq. ft. of carpet to remove and to replace. The workers came in and did it all in just two days! The store manager, Brandon, was on the job first thing making sure everything was done to our liking. What a wonderful job they did! The carpet is absolutely gorgeous. Working with Albany Carpet One was a real pleasure. I highly recommend them!

These folks are TOPS! If you are in the market for carpet or really any flooring, this is the place! Or, their location out in Newport as well. I had them do my carpet in my recent remodel and they really went above and beyond in every way. From the recommendation of what to install based on our wants and needs to the installation and follow up! They even squeezed us into their schedule earlier than agreed upon because I was open to have them jump in when they could! Ryan, Rob and the entire crew treated us with respect and kindness and just did such a great job that I am VERY pleased to recommend them to anyone and everyone! Oh, and, I was skeptical they could beat the BigBox stores, I was wrong! They can and DO! I spent 25 years in the flooring business, so when I say these guys are good, I know what I am talking about!
We purchased a new-construction home and hired Albany Carpet One Floor & Home to extend the hardwood flooring into our primary bedroom and the staircase.
