We appreciated the consultations and advice from Justin as we worked through choosing our flooring. Justin provided excellent customer service. Adrian came to our home to do a site visit and discussed with us the installation and what to expect. Jeremy was the installer and did a fantastic job. The floors look fabulous. This is the second time that we have chosen United Floors and we highly recommend them.

United floors in Courtenay did a wonderful job of removing old carpet and engineered hardwood floors and replacing throughout with beautiful white oak engineered hardwood. They completed the work on time and under the quoted price. Excellent transitions between hardwood and tile floors. They did the cutting outside so there was very little dust in the house. Highly recommend.
