Ryan at Dobson Flooring was able to get my flooring within a week. I was doing a remodel of my kitchen and was in need of additional flooring of the flooring that I put down 7 years prior. We had a wonderful experience with Dobson Floors and we're super lucky that we decided to check out their new showroom based on proximity to home. Smallish project - replacing the carpet in the master bedroom and closets, but Ryan treated us like we were his biggest customer. He spent a lot of time in the showroom going through our options and the differences in the carpets. We went through a few color choices and he sent us home with a lot of samples to try out in the space.After we made our decision, he had the carpet ordered the same day and on it's way from Georgia. He was ready to install the following week, and we had an date set. That's when we decided we were going to encapsulate the crawlspace. I let Ryan know that we would have to push the carpet install back at least a week and he worked with me on the new schedule, even letting me pick the day right after the other work was done, which really helped shorten the delay. No storage fees, cancellation fees or anything else. Just great service!Highly recommended!
We have had the best customer service from Dobson Flooring! We put in a new hardwood floor due to flooding. We replaced everything down to the joist. Joe Perdue answered everything phone call personally and helped up with our insurance company with pictures and a detailed explanation of the damages. We highly recommend this company and would use them again!
I've had the opportunity to use Dobson's Flooring on 2 occasions in 2 different houses. Both times I received outstanding service, from sales to installation. They were very patient with my wife and I during the selection process. We went in the store not really knowing what we wanted. Joe took us through the whole store giving various recommendations that met our budget. He even took us out to the warehouse to look further. When it came time for installation, the crew showed up on time and was extremely careful. We just got out of their way and let them do their thing. They finished ahead of time and we had everything back in place before the kids got home from school. I would highly recommend Dobson's based on patience, knowledge, selection, price, and installation. I won't go anywhere else!
