I usually don’t write reviews, but this is special.Our floor suffered significant water damage from a leaky toilet in the restroom. When we called our insurance carrier, they were extremely difficult to deal with, and we struggled to get any progress. The entire process took about eight months to complete.I was so disappointed with the insurance company. However, when I called Texas Hardwood Flooring, everything changed. Jesse and his team stepped in and helped with every part of restoring our home to its original beauty. They worked directly with the insurance carrier and held them accountable to do what they were supposed to do.We couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. The team was tireless, sometimes working until three in the morning to get us back into our home as quickly as possible. ***UPDATES*** It's been a little over a year since our floors were done, and we have LOVED them. We get so many compliments and it's drastically improved the ease of cleaning up the house! A quick swiffer mop, and light vacuuming and we are good to go! We bought a lot of rugs to help make sure the quality of the floors are kept in good standing, as directed by Jesse Koo! We've even reached out and are discussing THF doing our mother in law suite in the back! Couldn't be happier, all the stress of renovating was far worth it. Thanks again! I like things done a certain way. I like to be in control. However, when you’re spending a lot of money on your home, your investment… let the EXPERTS do what they do best! Get off Pinterest, the DIY before & afters makes it look easy and glamorous. It’s not, it cost a lot of money & time to be done the right way and It’s stressful for the homeowner… BUT this crew took care of my home like it was theirs. They listened, took action & all I had to do was - do what they say! It’s hard to let go of control but when I took everything out of my home, stayed away for a week - let the experts do their job… my house is beautiful & exactly how I wanted it. They even did a walk through with me, & touched up certain things we noticed during the walkthrough. The team was so kind and easy to work with. Coming from a perfectionist - 10/10 recommend *EDITS* we finally have the house cleaned up & put back. In love! Dogs love it too! We recently had our original 1940s harwoods refinished by Jesse and his team and we couldn't be happier! We had a spot where an old hearth and floor grate were, and they seamlessly installed new wood to match the old. We can't tell there was any patchwork done. It was installed and stained perfectly! His team was so professional and respectful of our home as we had to move out for a couple of days for the work to be done. They finished the entire house in 2 days! We are hoping to find harwood under our kitchen tile and if we do, Jesse and his team will be the only company we call to come refinish. More than highly recommend this company. Their customer service is great and they are very quick to respond. We had such a great experience and we LOVE our new floors!
Jesse and his team were great! From the first consultation following a dishwasher leak, to dealing with the loss adjusters to installation of a new floor, Texas Hardwood Flooring was a pleasure to work with and provided a really good quality service. We could not be more pleased with our new floor. Definitely worth five stars!
