Barclay Flooring

Justin and Jacqui at Barclay Flooring were professional, responsive and extremely thorough in both their communication and the attention and expertise they put into the work. Even though our basement ended up needing more prep work than anticipated, they dove right in, did all the troubleshooting and made it work. Highly recommended!

Barclay Flooring was such a pleasure. They responded to all my inquiries quickly and patiently, explaining things and answering my questions in a way I could understand, without making me feel foolish. (I’m allergic to mansplaining!! I felt very respected as a woman who doesn’t have experience with flooring) They were very considerate of the neighbors in my building, making simple adjustments as needs arose, and I felt so comfortable leaving my belongings in their care. Very trustworthy. Their work was impeccable, they even took initiative to replace molding that I didn’t realize was missing. They’re the type of people you want to have round for dinner when they’re done. ?? Definitely recommend.

Justin helped us remodel our basement after it flooded after the deep freeze in early 2021. During a time of severe supply chain issues, Justin was communicative, responsive, and helpful in procuring and installing our new beautiful floors. He even managed to get us a discount on the materials versus what we were quoted at some of the larger suppliers. Justin and his team are extremely professional and thorough. They installed with care, cleaned up expertly, and finished the job right on time (a minor miracle these days!). I plan to use them on any flooring projects I have from now on!
