Carpet One Floor & Home

Great experience from start to finish with our staircase carpet purchase and installation. Ken was excellent to work with—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout. The staff clearly knew their carpets and gave good advice on styles and what works best for stairs. Installation went smoothly, the team was on time, and the work was done neatly. Communication was clear the whole way. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend!

I have been a long time repeat customer of Carpet One San Ramon and I have to say they are the calm in my storm. Remodel projects are very turbulent and the team at Carpet One is always a breath of fresh air. The sales staff is like family, and the installation team is fabulous. While they are not the cheapest you certainly get what you pay for, quality and reliability. Cannot recommend enough!

As always, the team at Carpet One did a fantastic job assisting me with my flooring project. Sharon in the showroom is a treasure, and really worked with me to get the look, design, and budget all aligned! Rhonda did a superb job managing the project, responding to my needs, fixing a few concerns, and handing off a finished project of which we can all be proud. As a designer, I appreciate the attentiveness and care with which they treated me and my project. Kudos Team CarpetOne!
