The quality of their work and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Dave was so kind and patient in helping us decide on the right carpet for our second floor. He was readily available and ensured it was a smooth process. The men who did the install were amazing! They worked efficiently & got the job done in two days! They were helpful in moving heavy furniture & reinstalling items as well! I appreciated their attention to detail and leaving the house free of debris and dust afterwards. I would hire Diablo flooring again & recommend them to anyone who is looking for exceptional service! ????

We hired Diablo Flooring to install our wood floors 4 years ago and they did an excellent job. The installers were professional and on time! We finally decided to replace our carpeting upstairs and contacted Diablo Flooring again. To say we are pleased would be an understatement. They were on time and worked tirelessly for all three days of installation. Their help with moving the furniture was amazing-they got it done so quickly! Salome did such a great job with the Hollywood style stairs. Thank him again for us! It really is the focal point of the house. The carpet looks wonderful and we are so pleased!

When we first started looking for someone to install wood floors, we went to several large flooring stores and came away shaking our heads. There was practically no help choosing between products or matching colors. However, we had the opposite experience with Diablo Flooring. We went in and they stepped us through the various products and help us match our color schemes. They even had free samples we took home to make sure we liked what we picked out in the store. Since they also install the floors, the process was seamless. They scheduled a time, showed up on time and finished when they said they would even though they had to do some unanticipated floor leveling. And the best part is the floors look great. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need any additional flooring.

We loved our experience with diablo Flooring! When we were picking the flooring and baseboards out, we got some very sage advice from Dave. The crew was great. Most spoke perfect English and did an outstanding job on the carpet and wood install. Having two separate in-house installation crews is a great idea for quality control and timeliness. I just can't imagine how it would have turned out had we gone with a big box store or one of the other chain stores.

Diablo Flooring did a great job and we highly recommend them! We replaced our entire flooring in our house (kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms/etc.). Diablo Flooring helped transform our house into a new home by removing our tile and carpet. The crew was great and very careful in moving our furniture, and putting everything back in place. The removal of the tile was messy, however, they would constantly be cleaning. We were going to keep our stairs with carpet, however decided to also do in wood with the white risers to match the wood placed in the entire house. Diablo flooring modified the layout of the steps to make it work and did such a great job. We are very pleased with Diablo Flooring and would use them again. We especially appreciate David's assistant in picking out the flooring and baseboards at their Danville showroom. He was very attentive and provided great feedback and knowledge of the product. We had visited many other floor stores before selecting Diablo Flooring, however Diablo Flooring not only had comparable pricing, the customer services was great.
