My wife and I had a great experience with Michelle at ProSource for our kitchen remodel. She was great at answering all of our many questions and was very quick to respond. Often times we had revisions and Michelle was very accommodating to either make the changes or give us other options to consider. Once the new cabinets were delivered we found an issue with one of them (manufacturer's fault) and Michelle and the ProSource team immediately got the resolution underway. Now that our kitchen is done, we are wanting to redo our bathroom and ProSource will be the first place we go.
ProSource was fantastic to work with! In particular, Danielle was a gem. She was informative, patient and kind. I had been having a rough day with other distractions and picked a few things that were “ok”, but didn’t really excite me. Danielle picked up on that without me saying anything and brought me additional options that were spot on! It changed my whole mood and feeling about our project. Highly recommend!
