Even though I was informed that it would be an estimated 4 days to complete the floors in my small house, I quickly learned why. The installers assigned to my house would show up late and leave very early, only working 3-4 hours per day the first 3 days. On day 3, they completed my very small, but only bathroom. They had stated originally that they would re-set the toilet, but instead I received a call that they were having difficulties re-setting my toilet because the flange was broken and leaking. They told me to call a plumber, they were leaving. I was working at 2:00 when they called and had to drop everything to begin calling plumbers to find one that could fix it that evening. It cost over $500 unexpectedly for emergency call and it wasn’t a broken flange. There was nothing wrong with it other than it being old. After I sent complaint to the owner that same evening, they had the nerve to contact me the next day claiming the plumber didn’t repair correctly. They didn’t have any facts, just info from ChatGpt and an installer with a bruised ego. The attached photo was how the bathroom was left. The unsealed hole in the floor, allowing gases, etc. into the house and the toilet sitting on cardboard.They needed to stay until after 7:00p on day 4 to finish. My granddaughter and I had to wait until they left and I cleaned up after them for the 4th night in a row before we could eat dinner. Outside of the scraps and trash left behind, the final product was pretty good.

James Morrison and his team were very knowledgeable about removing our old carpeting and laying the new floor all over completely. When it's time for to get other things done will use them again. Highly recommend.
