Cannot recommend Eric, Bob and the whole team. This was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish. Eric and Bob helped us find exactly what we needed in the showroom by listening to what we were looking for and providing their expertise along the way. When it came to price, they were extremely competitive. Installation was a breeze and they even wrapped up the job a day early. We will certainly be using Flooring of America for future projects and will be recommending them to others without hesitation!

Our salesman was Bob Kerwin and he was an absolute gem. Bob assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for while giving amazing customer service. Our installers (Wade and Joey) were absolutely incredible. We have had multiple contractors in our home over the years and they by far exceeded any of them with their craftsmanship. Their precision and attention to detail was extraordinary, not to mention extremely personable. Overall could not have asked for a better experience!
Eric Hoyer and the Flooring America team was PHENOMENAL. We were working with another local flooring company who ended up delaying a project by MONTHS due to lack of communication and transparency. I reached out to Flooring America and Eric stepped up and was able to get quotes, samples, + a final selection ordered within a 2 week time frame (aka AMAZING turnaround)!
