The installation of our flooring was excellent. The original order was placed in October but did not come in until late December due to the manufacturer. That part was understandable; however our salesperson did not provide us updates for that issue, so we had moved all our furniture and collectibles in October, and had a look of "household chaos" over the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Salesman's voice mail was consistently full, and when we did happen to make contact with him, he indicated that he would check on status, but he would not return our calls until WE initiated a return call. NOTE: The star rating is only for the installation crew and their fine work plus the quality of the flooring.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our consultant Robert, or the carpet and LVP installers. They really went above and beyond to make sure our home looked amazing. They installed some extra trim that we purchased to make a better final product. They took out linoleum in our kitchen to also make a better finished look. Highly recommend.
RiteRug came in and did 2 of my bedrooms to Put carpet down, they did a fantastic job. I am calling them back to put down my kitchen floor. Thank you Riterug You guys are amazing and the prices was affordable. I was shocked I should have done this a long time ago.
We have used Rite Rug for all of our flooring in every room in our 2400 sq ft condo over the past 5 years, once project at a time. Their selection of products is very good, and their installers were amazing and paid close attention to every detail, right down to placing quarter round and caulk. We also found their customer service to extremely helpful and friendly. We only had one issue that needed attention a few years after the installation due to a product error, they were quick to evaluate and get a reimbursement from the manufacturer and Rite Rug paid for the removal and replacement entire floor. We were extremely pleased with the final results and were amazed how effortless the whole process went. Can say enough good things about our experiences with this company and will continue to use them in the future.
I purchased LVP from RiteRug was looking to match color that was already installed when I moved in. Will was my salesman he was very helpful and knowledgeable found what I needed, I was able to get installed within 3 weeks. The installer was great and floor looks fantastic just how I imagined
