Great people, great service, and great price. Mr. Gary was able to help us find the carpet color we needed in less than 2 minutes of us walking into the store. They were able to send someone out to measure the floors in our rooms the same day we chose the carpet which was a blessing for us since we currently live out of town. We were able to set an installation date for the next week. Workers came out and did a fine job in less than 4 hours. Almost 800 sq ft of carpet laid in less than 4 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
In 2003 Superior installed new flooring in our entire home. They were wonderful, professional, and it was a delightful experience. 21 years later it was time for a remodel and we were ready to install hardwood upstairs where they had carpeted in 2003 as well as replace the tile in our kitchen and bathrooms. Over the years we have maintained a relationship with the Superior gang. They have a great reputation in our community for being "good honest people" which they definitely are. Of course, we would not have considered doing business with anyone but Superior. At the store Alex, Celeste, Hunter, Gary, and Harry are inviting, helpful with difficult decisions about which flooring to choose, and are prompt with a quote with a fair and reasonable price for a high quality product. Once we made our decision they put us on their schedule and ensured it was convenient for us and they worked with the schedules of the other workers in our home. Superior has the BEST installers. We had the fortune of having Shelby (son) and Shelby (father) install all of our flooring. I refer to them as Thing One & Thing Two.:) They have become family. Their work is precise and beautiful! It is so important to have people in your home who come when they say they are coming, work hard, do a great job, and make you feel comfortable. These two gentleman do all of this. They also worked today, Saturday, so they could finish before our children arrive for Christmas. This is a long review, but Superior is the best choice for all of your flooring.
