A company that likes to discriminate against the severely disabled. Beware of this company. Now they want to say they don’t have anything to do with this horrific carpet. They want to blame the maker of the carpet. They put a 80 year old woman in hell with her son that had his third broken neck. Then they want to say I have a gun in my cane. Horrific company. Horrific people. They will be sued in every way and this video I have will go viral.This company is blaming my tile before this they want to cover the mistakes hire good installers. The second crew you sent. The elder couldn’t believe the work done that he couldn’t even try to fix my tile is perfect. Your installer can not install. Leave huge gapes. horrific install of my carpet. 4500 and change I was a builder my whole life. Installers and thr sales with measurer truly can’t do this correct. I hope others do as well. I pray they don’t make the mistake I did. Trust your company. Also first crew was a too funny. Cutting out padding. Leaning spray glue. The second crew said exactly this. It’s due to the crew that installed the carpet. Spare me the BS This has been one hell of a journey. After looking at the installation the carpet was not installed professionally. I have already had two crews come to look at it and they say this is wrong. The purchase…. The measure… installation. It’s horrible. The measurer most certainly knows carpet and should have said the choice won’t work. Installation. Thf carpet is not even butt to the tile. In a round I have a point!!! No commercial plastic is going to make it a home. A office yes. For the amount of money paid of course the professionals should say we need different carpet. So now we are out the carpet. Going to rip it up and have a better company do what should have been from day 1. If the measurer payed attention just as much to classic couch’s we gave him we wouldn’t be in this situation We certainly would have chose what’s correct and money. Did not break us. Please Don’t go to this store on linton or you might fall victim as we did. This shouldn’t be a job for the buyer and no one likes small claims which unfortunately we are headed. We never wanted office plastic as a tradition that’s 3-4 inches wide. That’s nasty commercial building stuff. I couldn’t even recommend the store to my brother who just bought his home. Sad. Sharon is nice. The rest is a horror. I grew up learning every trade. Siding roofing. Framing. Mud/rock. Finish carpenter. They ask I remove my feedback but won’t butt the carpet correctly. Did they drink heavy the night before. There is no reason for this error. Retired due to injury. The one job I let my vendor do was kick carpet. Not my knees. The company doesn’t even make good. We do not want siding trim to cover your gaps.

My experience with Capitol Carpet was extremely good! Luis was very knowledgeable about the product and the pricing was very affordable. I have been a general contractor for 40 years, and their installer Gus and his crew were extremely meticulous, professional, clean and the quality of craftsmanship was outstanding!
