I have been a D&B customer for 15 years and they have always been friendly and helpful. Through the years many of their employees have gone over and above to provide great service. My latest encounter was with Tiffany Slay who also worked dillegently with me both in the store and by making calls on my behalf to find the tile I needed for my job. They also have great showrooms in their stores to give you and idea of what tile patterns look like installed. This is also very helpful.
