Ray was warm and receptive, wanted to know about my goals. I felt informed about the whole process, from start to end. Bonus they were able to start within a week.On the install day, Ramis and Sam were incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. It was a 2 day process, but the second day was quick. For best results they suggested waiting at least 3 days before driving on it due to the moisture in January. That was the worst part, the waiting.After the install, they kept up with the communication.Now my 30 year old cement slab has a new lease on life.
