Anytime I need anything TRC delivers. Even with technical questions related to jobs I'm working on. Someone always steps up and gives good knowledge/ recommendations to help get to the finish line. Each one of their employees is great. One of them even delivered a roll of sandpaper to me in Chilliwack on his time off.
