Working with Marlon & iRenovate Real Estate was a great experience. They were very professional and organized. We did paint, carpet, new baseboards and LVP flooring. Everything looks great and I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend them. I will be using them to renovate my bathroom next.

We were selling our home and needed a few things fixed (after 22 years an old house gets some character marks). Our agent recommended Marlon and iRennovate, and everything went so smooth! From drywall repairs to paint to trim work, they were able to get it done in a quick manner that didn’t break the bank.

We had a fantastic, 5-star experience with our wonderful contractor Marlon Allen. If you are looking in the DFW area to do a home renovation, and want a stress-free, pleasant experience, then Marlon is your guy! He is very knowledgeable, experienced, calm, reliable, trustworthy and open with communication. We just did a major home renovation, and we were not only on budget, but the renovation was completed ahead of schedule!!! Marlon, supervisors Alfredo and Ramiro, and the whole crew were professional, courteous, skilled with their craft, very detail-oriented, and took a genuine pride in their work. Marlon and his team exceeded my expectations, and I could not be more pleased with my newly renovated, and beautiful home.
