Chris was our Costco flooring specialist and he was very professional, courteous, and patient with us. He brought swatches of LVP with him and explained all of the different options and helped us to narrow down in a step wise fashion. I didn't know how complex it was to pick out flooring and he definitely gave us tips, especially looking at what it might look like through the website. I could tell that Chris definitely knows his stuff and has been doing for quite a while.After we picked it out, he took measurements and answered all of our questions regarding installation preparation, how long the job would take, and what to expect during and after. Chris also explained the benefits of doing this job through Costco and we ultimately went with Costco because it was a no-brainer with their partnership with Costco over a decade, lifetime labor warranty and 30 yr materials warranty, and cash back as a Costco gift card! Chris really exemplified on why they really want our business and that is to take care of us and make us satisfied customers.Chris drew up the contract. We were placed on the schedule and couple weeks later, we had instructions for preparation. The crew came out on time and finished doing our bottom story floors in a 4 days. Floors came out phenomenal! The crew moved all of the heavy furniture back and did a walk through with me before doing the final sign off.Fast forward a couple weeks after the job was completed and I had not received the Costco shop card. I reached out to Chris for assistance and he helped me resolve the issue.Lastly, I found a plank that had a chip last week, so I reached out to Chris about getting it fixed. He got it set up with the job scheduler Becky, and the crew came out promptly that day and resolved it to my satisfaction.Overall, my wife and I are completely satisfied and definitely love out floors. This was a great investment for our home and would not hesitate to refer them for a flooring job in the future for myself and for anybody needing recommendations!
All american Flooring was great. From the initial contact and job assessment to completion. Muadh was very knowledgeable and informative as to the steps and cost of the job. We have had other flooring companies do work for us but none were as good as these guys. We will definitely use them again and will refer others to them.price was also great compared to other quotes

We have used Texas Floor & Home when remodeling several houses over the years. Replacing carpet, hardwood floors, installing entire bathrooms w/marble/wall tile & using extensive patterns/trim for design touches. They always do an outstanding job. The sales associates & installation crews are very professional & knowledgeable. Being able to defer to their judgement on several aspects/design features is invaluable to me as they have extensive knowledge & expertise in the floor covering field. I wouldn’t use anyone else but Texas Floor & Home!
