I want to thank Jose, who oversaw the choosing and scheduling of my living room's new, beautiful carpet, carpet that can also withstand pets! Julio masterfully installed the carpet himself, moving the more fragile furniture with ease. He was so great to talk with! We had an amazing experience with Simmons Floor Covering. They did several projects; including our entire house with carpet, Reno in our master bedroom and several side jobs. I could not recommend Simmons Flooring enough! I am in the process of redecorating a room in my home, and a custom rug was the first thing on my list! Their team (shoutout to Brian Johnson), was so helpful and accommodating through the whole process. Brian let me take home as many samples as needed to ensure I was confident in my final choice, and kept me updated throughout the life of the project. The end product was of the highest quality! This is the first, but won’t be the last time I work with Simmons!
I couldn’t be happier working with Lisa on my carpet selection and install. She was patient, suggestive on different carpets, explaining the difference, provided a detail quote and ordered larger samples in order to get a better color idea in the space. It took the carpet less than a week to arrive and be installed. The installer, Julio, a one man operation, but I’m super impressed of his abilities to move furniture by himself without damaging one piece. I wanted to help him, but he didn’t accept the offer. He was so professional in keeping all areas clean as he went and before leaving. My experience exceeded my expectations so if I could rate this review higher I would. ~ DK
