Installation was 6 weeks ago ! They were on time however the seams look bad and one seam you can see how they didn’t cut it straight! I noticed on one of my stairs it’s starting to bunch up! We were told they would come and fix the seam that is cut wrong but it’s been 3 weeks since we have heard from them. Called again and they said they would return our call so we shall wait and see! So far not impressed! Plus what a mess was last behind!
A fantastic experience getting new carpet. After shopping all the big stores I just wanted to give Smitty’s a shot as well. Natalie was so nice and so helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for right off the bat and it was less than a five minute process to get my carpet picked out. A first time homebuyer with a wedding less than two weeks away, I was already overwhelmed, and I didn’t need to spend a fortune or “pushed” to the most expensive flooring. She understood exactly how I felt and made a recommendation and I ran with it! Install was Done within a week and looks fantastic. I will be recommending Smitty’s!
Smitty's is very easy to work with. Everyone showed up on time.We have quite a few visible seams. It's been 2 weeks since install and both the installers and owner said to give it a month and the seams will "settle down". I will give it a couple more weeks and if the seams are no longer visible I will update this to a 5 star rating
Absolutely fantastic working with Smitty's. Wonderful, local, family-run business who didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They listened to what I needed done, gave me a very reasonable price, and helped me find the right flooring for the house. Even though it was a small repair job, they took their time to make sure the job was done right.The installer (Heath) was professional, courteous, polite, and very tidy. He literally left the place cleaner than when he got here. He made sure the work was done right and looks perfect. Would give 15 stars if I could!
We chose to go with a locally owned flooring company to replace flooring in our entire house. Glad we went with Smitty's. Easy to work with, from the owner to the installer. Everyone is very professional and respectful. Richard is by far the best tile installer and we're very happy with our flooring.Highly recommend.
