The Design House is absolutely wonderful to work with! Most recently, we hired them to do full turn-key remodel of our warehouse restrooms. They have also done all the tile installation in our showroom, as well as porcelain panel walls in our showroom restrooms and in my office. Ashley Haas and the installation team took great care of us and kept us informed of the timeline and upcoming installations for all the different trades. It was so nice not having to chase down the different trades myself. They took care of all the GC work, making my life SO MUCH EASIER! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! The work turned out amazing. We wanted to order motorized blinds for our family room and bathroom. Design House was an excellent overall experience for us. Design House consultant Samantha was fantastic to work with as she was deeply knowledgeable about many options for us to consider. She went well beyond the standard after we ordered to help us program the remotes in both rooms and made multiple trips to our house both to oversee the install and after to ensure my husband and I were 100% comfortable. The install technician Tyler was also wonderful to work with. He was very conscious of being careful of the room's contents and installation was very efficient.Overall we were extremely pleased with the entire process and the professionalism of the Design House team. Also the high quality appearance of the blinds and positive experience start to finish.
We recently completed a full renovation of our master bathroom with The Design House, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Samantha’s expertise and talent truly brought our vision to life. She thought of every detail — from selecting the perfect tile and fixtures to ensuring everything coordinated beautifully.The transformation is incredible — our bathroom is now bright, modern, and stunningly updated. We especially appreciate that Samantha designed the shower to be ADA-accessible, allowing us to comfortably enjoy it for years to come.While there were a few delays along the way (as can happen with big projects), Samantha handled everything professionally and kept the process moving forward. I am so happy to have found Design House! After starting a remodel with another contractor, it became evident that the fireplace remodel with 2’x4’ tiles was out of his scope of expertise. I contacted the tile distributor and was referred to Design House. Our experience from our first interaction with Chelan to the completion of the project was excellent!Chelan returned calls promptly and had a calm, reassuring disposition throughout the project. She even called personally at the completion of the project to say how beautiful it was and to be sure we were happy. Such a beautiful touch to feel like she was in it with me the entire way. I can’t say enough about the texting system Design House uses to communicate schedules and changes. I never needed to worry about trying to get hold of some because I had texting capability and their responses were always timely.Dustin was the initial project manager. We appreciated that he came out twice to see the scope of the project and to problem solve prior to the initiation of the project. Eddie ended up being the project manager as we were delayed due to other contractor issues and scheduling issues.Eddie came out with a team, Lolo and Angel. They took so much time in the pre-planning. They listened to my vision and were open to finding a solution to complete it. They deemed it necessary to purchase additional equipment to get accurate mitered cuts that they would be happy with and ultimately that we would be happy with. They helped me lay out tiles and were patient when issues came up. Eddie was here almost daily overseeing the progress, communicated well and seemed to be invested in providing exactly what we envisioned.The installer, Lolo, is an artist!! His cuts were impeccable and the matching of the pattern in the tile was flawless. He and Angel were a wonderful team. I was happy to see them arrive each day and trusted every opinion they gave. I can’t say enough about their craftsmanship. I was almost in tears with happiness when they finished!The entire team went above and beyond to ensure the project was done well.
