They didn't have what I was looking for and what I bought which the sales lady help me find which was very nice but I have to bring it back because you can't use it on granite. it's a etching polishing powder. It's used on limestone and marble but it says not for granted on the back and I couldn't read it and I asked the lady if she could look and now I got to bring it back I don't know what to get but I got slight etching in my countertop and I needed to shine it up. So I bought a diamond pad to polish it a wet diamond pad so me happy about that I just hope that I don't Make things worse...Lol I was also looking for a sealer for the granite that leaves a shine but they didn't have anything they had the 511 impregnator which doesn't really leave a shine so back to polishing.
Great location. Management was very understanding of a return I needed to make past their 90-day policy.I bought a vanity in October for a bathroom build that I had expected to be completed before Thanksgiving. My contractor was delayed and wasn’t able to unbox the vanity until the 90-day return window had lapsed. When he opened the package, he found that the vanity was damaged.Management was very understanding of the situation and offered an exchange. I chose a cheaper model, and they refunded the difference back to my card. I will definitely shop here again.
I purchased flooring planks from Floor & Decor (SKU 100932144 – OM 7MM Windsor Gray), which have now been discontinued after only three years. Because the product is discontinued, it cannot even be partially matched or replaced. When I bought this product, it was advertised as “lifetime warranty” and “waterproof,” which led me to believe it was true LVP. In reality, it is an “Eco Resilient Flooring” product that contains a significant amount of wood fiber—making it highly susceptible to mold growth. When I contacted Floor & Decor about a warranty claim, because my flooring was all warped and moldy, they immediately looked for reasons to deny it:“Did you use underlayment?”“Did you measure subfloor moisture before installation?”“There must have been moisture before installation.”None of this is true. The flooring was installed over an existing vinyl roll floor that was completely dry. There was no pre-existing moisture. The real issue is that this flooring allows water to penetrate underneath, where it becomes trapped and causes mold, and warping. To make matters worse, if I want to escalate the claim, I am required to pay for their inspector upfront, with reimbursement only if they approve the claim. I’m also instructed not to remove any of the mold-damaged flooring until they inspect it—meaning I’m expected to live with mold in the meantime. There’s a reason this product was discontinued after just three years. Customer satisfaction clearly comes last.
Kim is the best! She made our return super simple and easy. After we came back with a return due to a sizing issue, she helped us problem solve and make a plan to get everything back in order. She truly changed the game and we were so thankful to work with her!! Will definitely be coming back for all our flooring needs! Thanks Kim!
Good location and great customer service!! I’ve been remodeling homes for about 26 years and Floor and Decor is one of main go to stores for my clients to pick out tile, wood, vinyl and laminates for install. They are excellent for pros and have a lot of great tools, blades, polish pads, sealers, etc. Thank you so much for all of the years and I’m happy I had the opportunity to use this location for my work here in Colorado! Thank you and see you soon!
