hate leaving negative reviews, but after 4 months into a renovation that I was originally told would take approximately 6 weeks, I feel obligated to share my experience.I used a contractor recommended by Total Floors from their “trusted vendor” list for a kitchen and two bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, almost nothing has gone according to plan.First, tile for multiple rooms was ordered incorrectly, causing major delays while replacement material was reordered. In one shower, the tile that was supposed to be 2” x 9” arrived measuring 2” x 9 1/8”. That small difference became a major issue because half of the tile was the correct size and half was not. Instead of replacing the flawed batch, I was told to “adjust the design” to hide the inconsistency — despite paying full price for the product.The cabinet situation has been even worse. I paid the recommended contractor to measure my kitchen cabinets, then hired him for the renovation. Months later, I had to hire a new contractor to completely rehang the cabinets because they were improperly installed, uneven, lacked adequate support, and did not line up correctly. On top of that, several cabinets were measured incorrectly and do not fit the space properly, leaving me with unusable cabinets and an unfinished kitchen.What has been most disappointing is the lack of customer service afterward. I have repeatedly called, emailed, and texted trying to find a solution regarding the cabinet issues, but I receive little to no response.Unless something changes significantly, I cannot recommend Total Floors or their cabinet/vendor partnerships based on my experience. The amount of stress, delays, mistakes, and lack of communication has been extremely disappointing.

We had an ok experience. She was nice and helped with tile selection, but it was very clear we were not a high priority to them. The order amount was placed wrong on our most expensive tile, she didn’t tell us, and we ended up having to get more due to her mistake. The tile we had leftover they would not allow us to return. Seemed uncommon. Quality of the tile is great, but the service is the reason we won’t go back for another remodel. Very unfortunate.

Tonya has great design sense, offering tile options I would not have considered otherwise but that worked. She is warm, funny, listens closely, and offers sound and creative perspectives. I highly recommend her for assistance with your home projects.
We had a wonderful experience with Total Floors. Dan in particular was so helpful, knowledge, and excellent at communicating. I can't say enough good things. We love our floor choices and so pleased with everything.
I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience with Total Floors from start to finish. From the first time I went there to browse their flooring section as recommended by our contractor, to the service throughout our purchase of not only engineered hardwood but cabinets as well, the staff with whom we worked were all amazing. And the pricing was terrific as well, especially on our cabinetry when compared to another highly recommended cabinetry company for the same exact manufacturer, wood choice, finishes, and extras. There was a 15k difference. Crazy! From the management to the sales to design, our experience was incredible.
