The carpet is beautiful and the installation team was professional, kind, courteous, and they did as great job cleaning the area as they went. The carpet seams and transitions look amazing. The entire team at Big Bear Flooring is so helpful. They answered all of our questions, helped us pick out a great carpet color for our new house, and they set up install immediately. Absolutely perfect.Very good quality work! Very thorough and responsive! I have had a lot of flooring done, this is by far the best.Responds to questions. willing to go the extra mile when issues arise. For example, the subfloor and floor joist next to the sliding glass door were rotted. They were willing to replace the subfloor.Also the old baseboards were more than beat up and done. I had Big Bear Flooring replace and paint them and they came out perfect.The photos show the results.The workmanship is high quality. If I could give a 10 out of 10, I would.Thank you to Mario and all the staff!
I am one to do my homework especially when we're talking about a purchase worth several thousand. I explored 17 different facilities and Big Bear was easily in the top 3 of prices already but then they were willing to match prices... ultimately, however, what truly set them apart from everyone else and why I selected them was their customer service. Ashley, the store owner, was hands down the most professional individual I dealt with in my search for carpet and, honestly, the only time the owner took me through the warehouse to look at carpet. She responded to my myriad of questions texted to her throughout the week and weekend and even consulted her interior designer when my wife and I dithered between choices.On installation day, the company learned that the individual set to install our carpet threw out his back and would be unable to do the job...they contacted me first thing in the morning and had already lined up another individual with 22 years of experience to get the job completed on that same day. They made corrections to the cheap way our stairs were done previously costing them a couple hours, but the end result was absolutely wonderful.If you are in the market for carpet, you can save yourself days of searching for quality at a discount price by starting with Big Bear Flooring.
