Pro floors installed vinyl floor on our whole min floor after our main floor half bathroom flooded. We had quite a few “soft spots” on the subfloor due to the age of the home and previous weight of tile. During the house quote by Brandon he assured my husband and myself that the soft spots would be fixed and/or the subfloor replaced.Fast forward 8 months after installation, all the soft spots are creating the vinyl floor to separate and lift ( the spots were not repaired). After weeks of trying to get a hold of the company we finally had the repair team “fix” the issues. Fast forward to today, 1.5 years after installation, the floor is again lifting and the company will not return our calls.Don’t waste your time with this company, our floor is ruined and we have only had it for 1.5 years. Poor customer service.
Chose them for a job a few years ago. It was an ok job, shoddy is some spots. It was crickets after that trying to get them to come fix something and also trying to hire them for more work. MULTIPLE phone calls and messages. If they don't want the business then that's fine but they weren't even professional enough to say so. I wish I would have just spent the few extra bucks and gone somewhere more reputable. Save your time, energy and ultimately money and go somewhere else.
We had a great experience with Pro Floors. They were suggested by our restoration company after a flooding incident. Our contact at Pro Floors didn't try to oversell us, was patient with all of my inquiries, never talked down to me, and took time to talk through all the options. Even though they had a full schedule, they shuffled some things to squeeze us in to accommodate the tight turnaround we needed for our insurance company. The installer did a great job and we are happy with the final product. They were also really fair with us on pricing, and had a great range of products. I would gladly hire them again and would recommend them to friends.
