Nothing but positive things to say!
The service is excellent; they take your project to heart, offering advice on choices, respecting your budget, order tracking, and installation follow-up.
I had to wait several weeks for a rug that was out of stock, but they kept me informed throughout the process and even offered to change the color. The patience was well worth it. I'm glad I waited because it was my first choice, and it still is now that it's installed.
The installers do a great job, being conscientious and professional.
I had three different installers for different types of flooring, and all were experienced in their respective fields.

We often partner with CP Chapdelaine for estimating, project management, and installation. We're always happy to work with them. They provide fast service and project follow-up. Plus, they have a wide selection of all types of flooring.
