If I could put 0 that's what I would have put. I won a contest with the $3000 floor radio at flordeco wow I was freaking out! I bought what I needed and the balance was supposed to stay in credit in my account. Covid and time passed the rest of the renovations were postponed for several reasons. Now that I'm ready I'm told I don't have any credit...I had almost $500 left. I'm stubborn with them, I sent them the requested documents and I no longer have any response from them. REALLY ORDINARY FROM SUCH A BIG BANNER. P.s I understand that after all this time the credit was removed from the system (I work in accounting myself) I also know that there are traces, you don't erase that without leaving a trace. In short, I do not recommend at all!!!

Weeks and weeks of waiting for an extra box of ceramic tiles (from Olympia, one of the world's largest tile suppliers!) because the one I received had broken pieces. A compensation agreement was reached: an additional box at the retailer's expense. I'm still waiting for it, more than two months after the purchase. Since the purchase, the calls have multiplied, and FlorDeco keeps telling us they haven't received our box yet...

C’est la troisième fois que j’achète du plancher flottant à cet endroit, les deux premières fois, c’était avec M. Raynald Rodier, je fût très bien conseillé et servi, mais malheureusement, il est décédé après s’être donné corps et âme pour ce commerce..., mais cette fois-ci, j’ai fait affaire avec le nouveau propriétaire, et j’ai été aussi bien servi, en plus du personnel sur le plancher, qui est plus que cordial envers les clients !

Alors, BRAVO à toute cette nouvelle équipe, et je ne peux que recommander à tous ce commerce, pour le revêtement de plancher, ... ou autres.
