America's Floor Source - Columbus North

Everything was completed as expected. The project started on time and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. You could tell that the guys that did the installation really took pride in their work. The floor looks great! Our sales rep Nick was there for us every step of the way. He communicated well with us and took care of any issues that we had. I would definitely go back if I need more work done.

Kaylee Budd and Curt Westfall are some of the best damn carpet, LVP, and any flooring people in the land! I am a local REALTOR and have been recommending AFS, Kaylee and Curt for a couple years and they have been wonderful to work with and super competitive on pricing, especially when we need flooring before listing a home. They have completed a few projects for myself including my Mother's home as a Christmas present, and currently working on new carpet tiles for my commercial office spaces. Thank You to this team for doing a wonderful job. I recently got a new phone so I do not have photos to share at this time, but I will next week when my office is completed! Thank You guys!

There are so many choices for carpeting but it’s a bonus when you find a place that checks, double checks(and even triple checks)to make sure the measurements are correct. We had an odd shaped room but the area rug created for us fits exactly as we want it. Bonus is that it’s durable(pets, children, daily use)yet absolutely beautiful! We used them for our stair runner so came back to have the area rug done too. They’ll be our ‘go to’ carpet place for sure!! Kaylee was awesome to work with getting us quotes and information in a timely fashion. Ask for her. She knows her flooring!!

We had an excellent experience with America’s Floor Source from start to finish. Scott Panko, our sales rep, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us great suggestions for each room and guided us through the decision making process when we weren’t sure what would look best. Once we finalized our selections, Scott wasted no time placing the order, and everything was installed quickly. Our carpet installers, Milton and his wife, were professional, courteous, and left the work areas very clean. The quality of both the service and the installation exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

This was the BEST experience! We moved into a new home and after having the carpets cleaned realized we needed new carpets and FAST! I called in a mild panic and someone came out to my home THAT DAY. I told Lexy the situation, what I was looking for from a color perspective and she sent Garth to help me. He came in with several boards with swatches and we were able to choose an in stack carpet and have it installed the next week. The crew came out yesterday and they were just awesome. That is HARD work! Also one of the gentlemen brought in a heavy package for me because he saw me struggling. I couldn't believe that after a day of hauling carpet he'd be so kind. That was just above and beyond. We are SO happy!! And we can breathe again (literally)!
