Victor did an awesome backsplash job for us recently so we recently hired him to do the flooring in our basement. I was shocked how quickly he got it done (less than a day for quite a large space). I am in the process of updating my house with multiple projects and hired Ortiz Flooring for my bathroom tile projects. I am pretty particular and have dealt with multiple contractors during this process. Victor was by far the most puntual and cleanest installer of anyone I’ve hired. The tile work is beautiful and everyday he cleaned up his work area as if he was never there. (Super important to me because I am living in the house as I remodel) His estimate was higher priced than others I had received - but you honestly get what you pay for and it was worth every penny! My next project is a waterproof LVP for my first floor, and definitely going to have this crew back! So easy to deal with and takes so much anxiety off my plate bc I know it will be done right.
