Easily the best floor store in the metro! They have done two jobs for me and working on a third, Jenna is exceptional with picking out designs, color schemes and appropriate products to exceed your goals. DK is well on top of scheduling to keep you updated along the way and the installation crews are friendly and do flawless work! I'm always very pleased with everything start to finish.
My wife and I went in on January 17th to see about getting carpet replaced in 3 rooms of the house. Gerald was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find carpet we liked. They printed out an estimate sheet and I agreed that I would move all furniture and demo and dispose of existing carpet. We agreed on an install date of February 12th which would allow plenty of time for ordering of carpet and for me to get furniture moved and existing carpet removed. We tried to call the office multiple times in the following weeks to pay our deposit and discuss financing. Most of the times we called we were told that the only person in the office that handles financing was gone and we would leave messages. We never received a call back. Finally we caught the lone finance person in the office and were able to pay our deposit. We got to the day before our date of install after spending a weekend and the few days before moving furniture and pulling up existing carpet and hadn’t heard a word from Dons. I called just to make sure we were still on track and got a green light from don. He immediately called back to inform that only half of the carpet that we had ordered had come in and they would only be able to install half of the carpet on the day we agreed upon. I’m a contractor myself and I’m no stranger to supply chain issues. These things happen. However the day before our date of install after spending a weekend moving furniture and tearing out carpet is a very inopportune time to find out that they’re not installing all the carpet that was agreed upon. There’s lots of other reviews about the lack of communication here and it’s real, I assure you. Don did ask how he could make it right but the simple fact is they had nearly a month to order the carpet we’d decided on. There’s no making it right. After having shopped around a bit I’ve also found that Dons pricing is extremely inflated. Got a quote from a larger company at a fraction of the price.

Dons floor gallery has done many jobs for our company.And we have always had fantastic results with them.Working with our salesman Ronnie is extremely easy.He is very knowledgeable and always making sure everything is done right and to our satisfaction. We recently had them out to do our personal house to redo all our carpet and again, they have done a fantastic job.They have amazing quality and prices.I highly recommend them.
