What customers say
Several customers praised the guidance they received in choosing flooring. One described carpet selection and installation as easy, while another said the work stayed on schedule. A customer also reported that the floor was not right and that correcting it would involve added removal, carpentry and plumbing costs, plus arranging a place for tenants to stay during the work; the customer said Floor World refunded the flooring and installation payment.

Great pricing compared to others in the area. Great and consistent communication. Emily helped us pick out exactly what we wanted and needed. Everything went to schedule and looks amazing! The installers did a great job and made the whole process easy. So thankful we went with Floor World!

Very happy with the tile we purchased, and with the design help we received.

I would not recommend. I'm left with a floor that isn't right and to have it fixed will cost me more in removal, carpentry, plumbing and providing my tenants with a place to stay while the work is being done. They did refund the money I paid for the floor and install but it has created more expense, work and inconvenience than I started with.

Zac was beyond helpful!! Excellent customer service and and installation was done by true professionals!!! Will never go anywhere else for my flooring needs. What I thought would be a horrible experience Zac made certain everything would be pleasant and easy!
