Floor World in Edmond made my carpet selection and installation so easy. They had lots of great options, were very responsive, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.
Very happy with the tile we purchased, and with the design help we received.
I would not recommend. I'm left with a floor that isn't right and to have it fixed will cost me more in removal, carpentry, plumbing and providing my tenants with a place to stay while the work is being done. They did refund the money I paid for the floor and install but it has created more expense, work and inconvenience than I started with.
Zac was beyond helpful!! Excellent customer service and and installation was done by true professionals!!! Will never go anywhere else for my flooring needs. What I thought would be a horrible experience Zac made certain everything would be pleasant and easy!
