Went to the store and was recommend to use installer Kim Chau. Was hesitant, as he wasn't available for the times I requested, as he was on vacation. Upon arrival, he didn't seem overly friendly, but his work was A1. All the work was done in a timely matter, and before the date promised. Kim was very professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Id highly recommend using this installer. Definitely 5 stars.

It as been a year now since I had my floors done by Derek @ Flooring Superstore, upstairs and downstairs. I have seen and looked at every aspect of them, I can be very picky about the quality and craftsmanship but I have to share with you how impressed and happy I am with his quality of work. Great guy and very professional and I’m very happy with my floors. I would recommend him to anyone who is looked to have work done in there home.

From start to finish, my experience with Flooring Superstores was excellent. Hugo and his team made the process easy by walking us through the carpet options that were in stock, as well as pointing out the best underlay choices for our needs (including having pets). My timeline was tight, and Hugo coordinated everything seamlessly with his installer, Derek, to ensure the installation was completed right on time. Derek was punctual, friendly, and professional throughout the process. He worked efficiently while accommodating our busy household (three big dogs, one person working from home, and everyday life happening around him). He made the experience stress-free, and by the end it honestly felt like we’d made a friend. His craftsmanship on the stairs deserves special mention—they have never looked better, and it’s clear stairs are his specialty. I couldn’t be happier with the results or with the team that made it happen. Sheila, Ed, Bart, and Curt, the installer, were all amazing to deal with. The stores prices were competitive and reasonably priced. Sheila was very helpful in helping us choose the best materials suited for us. Curt did an amazing job with the installation. His experience shows in his workmanship.
