Chris helped to not only educate us on the products available but also helped with the decision of which product would be best for us. He kept us in the loop with regard to arrival time of product and installation dates. Very professional company and we would highly recommend them. Oh, and we love our new floors.

Brandy is amazing! One hundred percent recommend, do not hesitate in asking for her specifically. She was SO helpful and absolutely invaluable in helping us with every step of the process, from measuring to transitions, flooring selection (she has helped us with engineered hardwood and tile) and even choosing the right grout. She is so responsive , listens well and has great recommendations. Very solution focused and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
Great experience from start to finish for our office renovation. Brandy was great and attentive to our want & needs during the selection, sales process and after install satisfaction. She also suggested wall colours to go along with the carpet changes we were making. Mohamed and his installation team were amazing.
