My job was very small but the service I received from Yurii and his staff made me feel like I was doing my entire house. Yurii was prompt, attentive, very informative and a complete pleasure to deal with. He accommodated a couple of specific requests without hesitation. I can’t recommend VC highly enough.
Our experience with VC Floor was pretty much perfect from the beginning to the end. All the people that we dealt with - sales, installers - were friendly and respectful of being in someone else's space. They worked quickly and effectively especially considering the limited spaces in our home. The carpet on the stairs has been an absolute game-changer to our comfort and warmth. And I just cannot say enough wonderful things about the marmoleum - a delightful and natural option to all other flooring. The marmoleum is easy care, beautiful to walk on (barefoot) and so dang much fun. I mean - we have a bathroom floor finished with the Asian Tiger. Wow!! From start to finish VC floor was nothing but professional! Words cannot fully express how happy we are with their team and the work they did for us! From first contact with Yurii at the showroom, he pleasantly answered all questions about the products and the process. He promptly arrived the next day to take measurements and answer onsite questions for a quote. When the quote was sent, it was so easy to understand, unlike those from other companies. Once we decided to go ahead, a team arrived the following day (Saturday) for carpet removal. Our flooring of choice had to be ordered, but we were always promptly notified of the progress and upcoming dates for all work. Everything was done exactly as promised and we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome! The entire team was so lovely to work with! We would not hesitate to use them again! In today’s world, it was so refreshing to work with a company like VC Floor! Great communication, good to their word, honest and so hardworking. Their pricing was also very reasonable! We so appreciate all of their team! They helped make a house into a home!
The customer service to help pick the flooring was wonderful and very informative about the whole vinyl flooring industry. Pricing is wholesale and the custom craftsmanship on the stair nosing and other transitions, like doors, is beautiful. The crew cleaned up nicely after they were done and so friendly. The whole team is very professional and the service goes beyond expectations to make your install a pleasant experience. The tile flooring is also from VC Flooring.
We just had Brazilian cherry hardwood installed in our home. The wood and installation were both through VC Floor and we could not be happier.
