We gave a deposit to Matthew Walker for the work but when we decided not to move forward we found that Matthew Walker had gone to jail for taking peoples deposits. Mike at Pacific Flooring assured us that the owner would give us our deposit back but we never heard from them. again and they would not return our voicemails. I can not speak to the quality of the work but their business practices are certainly suspect.
***BUYER BEWARE***DO NOT GIVE Mr. Walker any of your money!!! He is an unlicensed/uncontracted con-artist and THIEF!!!!Below are screenshots of our dealings in 2019-2020, when his did business as Walker Pacific Flooring Art. He’s since changed the name of his company to Pacific Flooring Innovations under the guise of “rebranding”. When in reality, Mr. Walker is avoiding the authorities and prosecution. Since posting I’ve been inundated with stories like mine. Check his Yelp.

HIGHLY Recommend!! Matthew and his crew just finished my floors. They arrived on time and were very professional. We had our old tile floors removed and had 922 sqft of hardwood installed. They accomplish this in less than 2 days with excellent attention to detail. If you want beautiful floors and someone that will listen to all your needs, then Pacific Innovations has you covered. I have them coming again next month to do my stairs!
