Yes they have a great selection of flooring and their employees are very friendly, but there were too many errors to recommend this company. First, I was recommended by the flooring contractor, who said they would get me the contractor price, which I was told when I purchased from Rayo. As it turns out, the "contractor price" was just their normal price, which I verified by calling and asking for the price.Secondly, they screwed up my underlayment order, giving me a lower-quality underlayment that I thankfully caught before the contractor installed it. This may have had the consequence of needing the flooring to be ripped out and underlayment replaced due to HOA rules of minimum sound abatement quality.And third, they couldn't find a flooring piece and told my contractor it was located at a different store, sending them from this location to Clairmont during rush hour. The piece was actually at this location, but they didn't even try looking for it. This delayed my project two days.Overall, they are untruthful and seem to be careless and unprofessional.
Jenny Cho is awesome. My sister and I met her over a year ago and are grateful to still be in touch for our projects. Friendly and knowledgeable. We felt like she really cared about our remodel even though it was just a guest bedroom. She asked a lot of questions. Ones we didn’t even know to have asked. I’m writing this review now having just left and placed an order for the same product she got for us last year!Overall, I really trust her advice and opinion and will definitely be working with her and Rayo in the future.
I work with this company alot. They are easy to work with, knowledgeable about flooring: carpets, wood or vinyl flooring and tile. They are a one stop shop for anything flooring.
Front start to finish I was very pleased with my experience. George was not only helpful but provided a wealth of knowledge to help make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He made sure I was happy with my product and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I Highly recommend that if you are in need of flooring you ask for George. You won’t be disappointed.
