We had a great experience with Carpet Warehouse. Jim, the project manager, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through choosing our flooring. He took the time to explain all of our options, was very patient and friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. They were also very accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated.Julian did an excellent job installing our flooring, and his assistant was also wonderful (we unfortunately didn’t catch his name). The workmanship looks great, and the whole process went smoothly. We would highly recommend Carpet Warehouse and this team to anyone looking for new flooring!

The installation was excellent and performed within a timely manner. The follow-up after the installation was completed the day after installation. I would highly recommend them.
