Carpet Warehouse

We had a great experience with Carpet Warehouse. Jim, the project manager, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through choosing our flooring. He took the time to explain all of our options, was very patient and friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. They were also very accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated. Julian did an excellent job installing our flooring, and his assistant was also wonderful (we unfortunately didn’t catch his name). The workmanship looks great, and the whole process went smoothly. We would highly recommend Carpet Warehouse and this team to anyone looking for new flooring!

I highly recommend Carpet Warehouse on Doniphan; sales, timing, and installation; the entire process went smoothly from beginning to end. Reach out to Diana, she is the true meaning of strong customer service. Diana is knowledgeable about the products, responsive, helpful and ability to address customer needs. There was clear communication, and I appreciate her for working with my difficult schedule. I must also mention the installers arrived on time, fully prepared, very efficient, and professional. The overall service quality was truly exceptional, exceeded expectations and I would come back again. I LOVE my Plush Carpet, Thank you.

This company was fantastic. They worked with my schedule and allowed me to take the time to choose what I wanted without pressure. T They received the materials quickly and very great quality. The installation was excellent and performed within a timely manner. The follow-up after the installation was completed the day after installation. I would highly recommend them.

We needed a new carpet in our master bedroom and decided to go from Las Cruces to Carpet Warehouse due to excellent reviews. Customer service by Diana was incredible!! The cost for the carpet and installation couldn't be better. We highly recommend them!!
