Im genuinely shocked that there are anything but 5 star reviews for this business. I had an extremely positive experience from browsing in the store, bringing home samples, taking measurements, selecting and ordering the floor, all the way through install. The owner Jim came to take measurements and talked through options for the type of flooring and installation we were looking for. We ended up choosing a Karndean LVP which was installed over existing hardwood and tile (they used cement to level first), so we didn’t have to rip anything up. The install was scheduled fast and they even started a day early because there was an opening in the schedule. Owner Jim was very responsive throughout as well.The installers, Jim and Faber, were meticulous and precise and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend All American, they made this process really smooth!
A gem of a business - the folks at All American Floors were professional and friendly, and worked within our needs and budget to help us find the perfect flooring solution for our space. Their installation was lightning fast, too - we're on a bit of a timeline to get things done in our home and we are extremely grateful to All American Floors for getting the project done so quickly! The work itself was great and the new floor looks absolutely beautiful.
We had a great experience with All American Floors. The day I walked into the store to look at options, I was sent home with samples and someone came that afternoon to measure my kitchen to give me an estimate. I was scheduled for the next week- there was some mixups between the initial measurement and the day of installation, so we had to reschedule. They were quick to reschedule and install my floors. Pricing was fair and our installer was very friendly!
Henry came out and did the measurements in my bedroom. Within one day I was surprised he was here the next morning. I do highly recommend All American Floors, The quality of there carpets and padding is fantastic at a reasonable price. They are going to be all my flooring needs. Thank you Henry and your team.
THE BEST! The owner Jim personally came to my house to help me decide what flooring option would be the best fit for my family after we were undecided while looking through his extensive showroom. Extremely knowledgeable about so many different products and manufactures. I own a local business and don't like giving referrals but All American is one of the only I give out on a regular basis.
