Primary service around Cherry Hill Township with projects commonly scheduled in nearby South Jersey communities. Call to confirm availability for your address.
Services typically include consultation, product sourcing, and installation for common flooring types such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet. Project scope often covers takeoffs, delivery coordination, and finish details like trim and transitions.
Public feedback shows a mix of experiences. Several recent reviews from truck drivers note a tight delivery area at the rear entrance and challenging access for large trailers. There are fewer detailed homeowner installation reviews visible, so insights on workmanship and communication are limited. Prospective customers may wish to call ahead to discuss scheduling, access, and delivery logistics.
Very difficult to get the unloading door is on the back be careful
Truck drivers don’t try delivery to this flooring co inc .dock is designed for 32’ box truck!
BEWARE! Beware of these trucks on the road! They had a driver in a semi who merged into my lane and drove me off the roadway while on I-76! The driver definitely saw me and didn’t care and continued going! This company clearly hires people who have no regard for life! STAY AWAY
If you want to lose your CDL license, continue delivering to this company. The gate to unload a 53' trailer is non-existent. They unload you in the back of the building, on a residential road, with no room to maneuver. If I could give it less stars, I would. It is a danger to the driver, the truck, and civilians.
For deliveries they use one duck door and it’s a dead end street enter on beechwood Avenue then make a left onto chapel ave then left onto Northwood Avenue. the delivery ramp is at the end of the dead end street on Northwood Avenue. The duck is very tight, so bring your A game. It might take you a couple tries to straighten out the tractor on the door, but you will eventually get it. There’s a little dirt lot that you pull the tractor all the way into the dirt lot and take your time and back in, but you will get it. Now the positive is the staff is pretty nice and usually they get straight to unloading so maybe an hour
