They were great to work with until there were issues and then they stopped responding. I had direct line of communication with Holly while building our house and at the beginning of the process she was great! But after I called and discussed the issues we had with the caulking job she stopped returning my calls. After going through our builder, the company sent someone back out to fix the issues however they didn’t get fixed. Ultimately our builder made excuses for them and then went behind them to try and correct their work. On top of that, I was told we would get our remnants so we could use them for picking out our tile but we never got any…apparently they ended up in the dumpster.
Absolutely amazing experience with Superior Stone! We showed up looking for a whole new kitchen under a tight deadline for an estimate. They not only had the estimate complete in a few hours but it was an exact match to a competitor but better quality, and at a much better price! The ordering process was a breeze. Kayleigh was amazing to work with and spent a lot of time with us to select the perfect granite (which also came in much less expensive than competitors). Our kitchen is completely finished and we could not be happier! Very happy to support this business and will do so again!

Holly & the team at Superior Stone were outstanding! Communication was fluid & every step of the way we felt confident about our options & the purchase overall. She worked with us to set up a visit to the granite company & we were able to pick out the slab used for the countertop. In addition, she provided options for the remaining granite, which was unexpected. The installers were on time & extremely professional. Their work is high quality & the countertops are beautiful.
