I couldn’t be happier with the work Brincade Surfaces did on the flooring in my home! From start to finish, Jeremy was incredibly flexible and accommodating, working around our schedule and making the entire process seamless.
His knowledge and resourcefulness were apparent right away—he listened carefully to our vision, provided thoughtful recommendations, and offered creative solutions that ultimately led to a better outcome for our project. What stood out the most was his honesty and integrity—he wasn’t trying to upsell or price gouge but instead gave us options that made sense both financially and practically.
We were in the middle of painting while the flooring was being completed, and Jeremy made things so much easier by coming back at a later date to finish the trim—a level of flexibility and understanding that was greatly appreciated.
If you need flooring done right, I highly recommend getting in touch with Jeremy at Brincade Surfaces. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction make him an easy choice for any flooring project!
