Imperial flooring recently installed engineered hardwood across most of our downstairs. Project manager Robert helped us pick out the right wood and guided us to selecting two compatible woods. He provided clear and fast communication around expectations and timing and answered all our questions. Biggs and the office staff were friendly and welcoming whenever we came into the store. Allen and Jason who did the installation did a great job and really made sure everything was perfect. They were flexible when the floor threw up some unexpected challenges and worked with us being somewhat limited on where we could move furniture. They were very conscientious and made sure to check in whenever there was a decision to be made and provided updates through the job. They finished ahead of schedule and were just pleasant people to have working in my home. I would definitely consider imperial flooring for future projects.

Casey and the other employees of Imperial were helpful at every step of the process, from selection to installation. Our project turned out to be a little complicated: a pool table was involved and there were some unwelcome surprises when they pulled up the carpet. But the installation crew explained the situation, discussed options with us and finished the job on schedule. They were friendly, efficient, professional and good communicators. We are very pleased with the way the floor turned out.

We couldn't be happier with our new floors!!! We changed all the floors except the 2 spare bedrooms in our house. From the day we walked into the Imperial store, Casey and the team at the store, treated us as if we were their friends. There was no pressure for us to make a decision, they let us take home multiple samples multiple times... they encouraged us to take our time with our decisions "we want you to be happy". When it came to the installation they worked with us on our timeline. The installers for the tile and wood laminate were very professional and experienced, Bernard, Brian, Jason and Tyler. The carpet installer Brandon, was just as great. When we decide what we want to do in the 2 spare rooms, we will be going back. We seriously cannot say enough good things about the experience as a whole.

I recently had laminate flooring installed by Imperial Floors, and I could not be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.

Initially, I was exploring various options and uncertain about where to begin. Several companies I contacted were unwilling to complete the full scope of work, suggesting I hire separate contractors to paint and reinstall the baseboards. However, when Casey, the project manager from Imperial Floors, visited for an estimate, I immediately noticed a difference. By the end of the day, he provided a clear, itemized proposal and assured me that his team would repair the squeak noise on the floor, paint, and reinstall the baseboards as part of the project. His thoroughness and confidence made my decision easy.

The installation team arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and delivered outstanding results. My floors look beautiful, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Imperial Floors demonstrated integrity, reliability, and expertise throughout every step of the process. I am already recommending them to friends—one of whom has decided to move forward with their services as well.
