Imperial flooring recently installed engineered hardwood across most of our downstairs. Project manager Robert helped us pick out the right wood and guided us to selecting two compatible woods. He provided clear and fast communication around expectations and timing and answered all our questions. Biggs and the office staff were friendly and welcoming whenever we came into the store. Allen and Jason who did the installation did a great job and really made sure everything was perfect. They were flexible when the floor threw up some unexpected challenges and worked with us being somewhat limited on where we could move furniture. They were very conscientious and made sure to check in whenever there was a decision to be made and provided updates through the job. They finished ahead of schedule and were just pleasant people to have working in my home. I would definitely consider imperial flooring for future projects.
Casey and the other employees of Imperial were helpful at every step of the process, from selection to installation. Our project turned out to be a little complicated: a pool table was involved and there were some unwelcome surprises when they pulled up the carpet. But the installation crew explained the situation, discussed options with us and finished the job on schedule. They were friendly, efficient, professional and good communicators. We are very pleased with the way the floor turned out.

We couldn't be happier with our new floors!!! We changed all the floors except the 2 spare bedrooms in our house. From the day we walked into the Imperial store, Casey and the team at the store, treated us as if we were their friends. There was no pressure for us to make a decision, they let us take home multiple samples multiple times... they encouraged us to take our time with our decisions "we want you to be happy". When it came to the installation they worked with us on our timeline. The installers for the tile and wood laminate were very professional and experienced, Bernard, Brian, Jason and Tyler. The carpet installer Brandon, was just as great. When we decide what we want to do in the 2 spare rooms, we will be going back. We seriously cannot say enough good things about the experience as a whole.
