Did absolutely beautiful work on our floors. They were the best estimate, and came the week I called. Kurt the owner is so experienced and a wizard. His guys seem to be happy working there and do an amazing job as well as being pleasant to have in the home. Definitely recommend and will be using in the future if needed.
This is the second time New Dimensions has come to my house and transformed it. The first was in August 2020 when they removed carpet and laid gorgeous soft red oak floors. I still had a bedroom with carpet...and then last summer I had two water emergencies, which allowed me to upgrade. Back they came again, and now I have oak floors for the entire upstairs, just as I'd dreamed. The detail work, quality of finish and the feel of this wood is so lovely. Can't say enough about the talents of the crew, the attention to detail. I've got little bits of finish I hope to get done in other parts of the house...and I will come back to New Dimensions for it. Well done, again.
I had New Dimension's come over to my 1926 craftsman home with a trashed front door walkway and floors. WOW! what a difference they made! My floors looked like a million dollars with all sorts of different shades of wood and almost an iridescent sheen to them. My house went up in value immediately and my dogs scratch marks are completely gone. Now even after 2 years, they look brand new after I clean them. Great service, excellent staff, and the work is so worth it. Love our floors now. Thank you!
Have had New Dimensions Hardwood Floors install or refinish hardwood in three different residences, and they did a super job in each one. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They do what they say they're going to do on time and on budget. Would highly recommend New Dimensions to anyone considering a new floor or refinishing an existing floor.
