Johnny at the carpet company was amazing! He took his time to explain all the options and styles of both the LVP and carpet I had installed in my home. He let me take a large sample home to see how it would look with my cabinets and in the light in my house. The installation was easy and quick. Highly recommend this local business and Johnny anytime, anyone says anything about replacing flooring.
Updates: we were in contact again to have someone back out which they did (however still not notifying us prior to or time of arrival). They arrived and left and did not correct the issue with the carpet attachment on the lower step. So we reached back out again and are waiting for the third time to have someone out to correct the stair attachment.We recently used the carpet company for a rental property that needed new carpet. Pros: We were in a time crunch (1 week turn around) to have the job done which they were able to accommodate. Good selection of in stock carpet to choose from.Cons: Poor customer service feel from anyone that we talked with throughout the process. Our main concern was on the install itself: the installer left all the remnants after the job (after calling and texting someone they did send someone out the next day to vacuum and clean up the carpet) however never communicated with us when they would be arriving. Secondly, the carpet on the stairs is not fully tacked down to the subfloor at a couple of places.If you have the time (4-6 weeks) I would recommend going through Jerry’s which we used for two prior properties.
Daryl & Ryan are great! I've worked with them a ton, I also have experience working with Jon & Anthony and they both do a great job also. Their show room is very helpful and being able to take samples home to look at in our house is awesome!
The Carpet Company was great to work with. Showroom has a huge selection of flooring to view & large enough to actually get an idea of what it will look like. Worked with us to pick the best flooring for Oakway Barbershop.Install was quick and high quality, looks amazing.
We could not be happier with every step of the process at The Carpet Company! From the friendly and helpful initial sales consultation, to the professional installation, to the carpet itself, we were delighted with their service. We were able to get carpet installed in less than 2 weeks, which they managed to make happen even though everyone was scheduling 6 weeks out. The carpet itself was plush and soft, even at a great price. Everyone commented on how well it was installed and how great it looked. Would recommend without hesitation.
