Their install wasn’t great; they left a ton of sharp nails sticking up on the stairs and it’s pulling away from the walls where it meets the closet area. Called them for a repair in one small section of one room, and it’s like pulling teeth. Paid $45 for a 7-minute “estimate” where he asked me twice if I wanted to just replace the whole room. Didn’t check stock to see if they had the matching carpet before he came out, so he asked if I wanted to replace the whole room if they didn’t have that color. Still haven’t received the estimate or a phone call, despite calling to ask for an update. It’s like they don’t want my money I guess… giving them until end of day Saturday, then I am going somewhere else where I’m treated better.

Great experience every time I've come to visit the showroom to compare prices and products. Finally made the choice to have the whole house carpeted. They were patient with our delays and indecisiveness. There were so many choices to go through. Sales person was very knowledgeable on carpet longevity and stain resistance. I was in the carpet cleaning industry so I would knew he was good. Install crew was incrediblely fast and thorough. They cleaned up as they went. They were kind enough to move a couple heavy things even though they didn't need to. We are coming back for floors next. Free parking. Huge selection. Great place for area rugs, too.
Carpet quality and install was great . My only complaint is that we were told that we have to pay for cutoffs and can keep them but the carpet guy tried to take the cutoffs with him, Luckily my dad caught him and told him to bring them back
Great place to go to grab some carpet for the house. We were lucky enough to get a nice 11'x9' pre cut carpet which was against the wall. It was on sale even onto of the price listed so the price was perfect for our budget. We have a toyota corolla and Michael Helped place the carpet in my car even after the dock was closed. Awsome customer service. Great selection and reasonable prices.
