After a flood in my basement and 3 months of trying to get the owner of Click It Floors to get back to me after coming out to requote for replacement floors (no quote and no response to texts, calls, vm and email) I'm giving up. Unfortunately not good customer service at this point. I have been patient and even asked if there was a miscommunication or anything to cause him to not want my business again. I paid him cash last time and wasn't demanding at all. Not sure what happened but it leaves me in a bind since he is one of a few local people that carry Paradigm Conquest floors. I’m a local builder that use click it flooring to purchase material and I also have them install all my LVP and hardwood flooring . I’m always impressed that they self level areas that need it ,they are a great flooring contractor and store . They are extremely knowledgeable in there products and proper flooring installation methods. Will continue using them HIGHLY RECOMMEND
